Minimum Order Spend And Item Quantity

There is a minimum order spend of $500.00 USD before the cost of shipping. There is no minimum purchase per item or per size per item.

Item Restocks

To inquire if an item will be restocked, please email Wholesale Coordinator, Samantha, at samantha@kulanikinis.com

Instead of waiting on a piece to restock before placing your order, we would recommend placing your order for the quantities that are currently available, then signing up for our waitlist for the item that is currently unavailable! You can sign up for the waitlist by visiting the product page, and clicking “Notify Me” which will appear next to the sold out size. From there you will be prompted to enter your email address to join the waitlist. Once you are signed up for the waitlist, we will email you to let you know once the piece is available for purchase again.

Special Orders

Each Kulani Kinis print is not offered in our full range of styles. Regretfully, we are not able to offer custom orders for a style to be produced in a specific print this time.

Payment Terms And Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are due at the time of checkout. We do not offer net terms or payments made in installments.

We accept payment via American Express, Visa, or Master Card credit and debit cards as well as Apply Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept payments via bank transfer or Paypal at this time.

Order Confirmation

We will send an email to confirm your order to the email address you provide at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your inbox. We recommend checking your junk mail or spam folder as well if you do not see the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please email Wholesale Coordinator, Samantha, at samantha@kulanikinis.com.

We have built our wholesale portal with the goal of giving you a secure and simple way to place your orders on your own time and without a big string of emails and spreadsheets. We hope you’ll give it a try and enjoy the ease of ordering. Viewing Past Orders

You can find a summary of your past orders on your account page. You can access your account page by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page or by clicking on “Menu” then clicking the long in icon.

Returns

All orders are final and we do not accept returns for any items.

Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Items

If you find any issues with your order, please email Wholesale Coordinator, Samantha, at samantha@kulanikinis.com

Should your customer encounter a fault or damaged item, we encourage the customer to speak directly to the retailer where their purchased their pieces for customer support. Should a customer not be able to get in touch with the retailer where they made their purchase, we will do our best to assist the customer directly.
